E-Commerce companies have acknowledged these concerns and are making changes to strengthen the bond with the customers.

E-Commerce sector has been affected by technology and the changes in the consumer behaviour. The approach has to be changed so that companies are able to offer customized experiences to build a long lasting relationship.
